Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
After leaving JYP Entertainment, 2 PM's Lee Jun Ho established his own agency.
On August 18, it was announced that Lee Jun Ho has established his own agency, O3 Collective. According to the agency, the name O3 Collective represents the three main pillars of its mission: the artist's "One" identity, the "Original" content they create, and the "Orbit" or management system that brings it all together.
The company also stated its dream to move beyond traditional artist management. They aim to focus on developing intellectual property and creating a collaborative environment where artists, content, and staff can all grow together.
O3 Collective will be led by CEO Yang Hye Young, who previously served as the brand strategy officer at CJ ENM. The company also announced that the new staff consists of members who have worked with Lee Jun Ho for a long time, promising strong teamwork.

Lee Jun Ho debuted in 2008 as a member of the K-pop boy group 2 PM established by JYP Entertainment.
Aside from being active as a K-pop idol, Lee Jun Ho also embarked on his acting career. He started acting in 2011. Since then, Lee Jun Ho has been both active as a singer and an idol.
In April 2025, Lee Jun Ho's contract with JYP Entertainment came to an end. While other 2 PM members had previously moved to different agencies, Lee Jun Ho had consistently renewed his contract with his original company. After 17 years, he has now officially decided not to renew his contract, choosing instead to embark on a new challenge by establishing his own agency. Even though Lee Jun Ho has left JYP Entertainment, he will still be part of 2 PM's future group activities.
In October, Lee Jun Ho is set to star in two K-dramas. He will lead the Netflix original series Cashero and the tvN weekend K-drama Typhoon Company.
Congratulations to Lee Jun Ho and his new company!
