Jung Yong Hwa and Hong Seung Hee's long-awaited drama sets premiere date
The upcoming drama Between Steps has unveiled a new teaser.
Between Steps tells the story of Park Min Jae (Choo Young Woo), who was a swimmer in high school but lost one of his legs due to an illness, and Im Yoo Jin (Kim So Hyun), who, after losing her way and wandering, embarks on a new path.
The drama is the latest — and final — work of the late director Ahn Pan Seok.
The newly released campus poster captures Park Min Jae and Im Yoo Jin sitting side by side and eating ice cream.
The first teaser offers a glimpse into Park Min Jae and Im Yoo Jin's dynamics. Following voices expressing their feelings for each other, the teaser shows the two, who have already become involved in each other's daily lives.
Park Min Jae lost his dream of becoming a swimmer and went on to pursue a career as a researcher, while Im Yoo Jin chose a new path after a period of wandering. The story focuses on what these two young people, each carrying their own wounds and concerns, will bring to each other after meeting in a robotics laboratory.
Between Steps will premiere on October 5. The K-drama will be streaming on Disney+ (select regions). Watch the teaser here.
