Kang Na Eon transforms into a high school student in Lee Min Ki and Lee Bo Young's upcoming K-drama
DEX reportedly lands another acting gig.
On June 17, media outlets stated that DEX is making a special cameo appearance in the second season of Bloodhounds. DEX's side hasn't responded to the casting reports.
This will possibly be the third acting project of DEX since its debut. The former UDT turned entertainer began his acting career in the 2024 series Tarot, led by Cho Yeo Jung, Kim Sung Tae, Ham Eun Jung, Park Ha Sun, and Ko Kyu Pil. He made a special appearance in the 3rd episode of the series.
This year, DEX will star in his first official K-drama project. He will be a supporting role in the upcoming K-drama The Defects and he will work with Yeom Jung Ah, Won Jin A, Choi Young Joon, Lee Na Eun, and Kim Ji An.
Aside from his acting activities, DEX is still active in his entertainment gigs. He will return to Fresh off the Sea Season 2 on the 11th episode which will premiere this week.
He is also the main host of the ongoing SBS audition program B:My Boyz.
Bloodhounds Season 2 will continue the journey of Geon U and U Jin after taking down a gang of illegal loan sharks. In the second season, the duo will go against a global illegal boxing league. The K-drama will depict its story from the webtoon of the same name by Jeong Chan.
The upcoming K-drama will be the next work of director Jason Kim who is also known for creating the films My Heart Puppy, The Divine Fury, Midnight Runners, and more.
Woo Do Hwan and Lee Sang Yi will reprise their roles as Geon U and U Jin. Meanwhile, Rain and 2PM's Hwang Chan Sung are the additions to the cast of the new season.
Bloodhounds Season 2 will premiere in 2026. It will exclusively premiere on Netflix.
