Yook Sung Jae hopes for 'Goblin Season 2'; cast share behind-the-scenes stories
Last Summer tells the story of a man and a woman — friends since childhood — who come to face the hidden truth of their first love, locked away like Pandora's box.
Last Summer brings the talents of director Min Yeon Hong (Missing: The Other Side, The Impossible Heir) and writer Jeon Yoo Ri. Adding to the anticipation is the lineup of actors with acclaimed acting skills, including Lee Jae Wook, Choi Sung Eun, and Kim Gun Woo.
The first teaser opens with showing the daily lives of Baek Do Ha (Lee Jae Wook), who starts his day with exercise, and Song Ha Kyung (Choi Sung Eun), an architectural public official. The scenery, capturing the lush summer and a lazy vibe, immerses viewers.
The teaser alternates between the moments of Do Ha and Ha Kyung as they go about their daily lives on either side of a wall. Ha Kyung tries to watch Do Ha through a hole in the wall, but he smiles, as if expecting her, saying, "Nothing’s changed, huh?"
Then, Ha Kyung questions, "You hired a lawyer?" and Do Ha retorts, "Someone sent me a certified letter after two years," sparking curiosity about the story that connects the two of them.
Last Summer is coming on November 1. News about the K-drama's global OTT is yet to come. Stay tuned!
