Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
Park Bom announced her hiatus from 2NE1's upcoming schedules.
On August 6, Park Bom's agency, D Nation, announced that the singer is taking a hiatus due to health concerns. Because of this, she will not be participating in any of 2NE1's upcoming schedules for the time being.
Here's the official statement of the agency:
Hello, this is D Nation Entertainment.
We would like to inform you that Park Bom will be sitting out in the upcoming schedules of 2NE1.
We're very grateful for the support fans have shown for 2NE1's full-group activities, and it is with regret that we have to announce this news.
Based on medical advice and careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision that she needs to prioritize rest and stability.
We kindly ask for your continued support for Park Bom as she recovers. Please continue to show your support for Sandara Park, CL, and Minzy as they work hard to fill her temporary absence.

After 2NE1 reunited and began their world tour last year, Park Bom participated in nearly all of the concert stops. Although she occasionally had to leave the stage, she consistently did her best to be there and perform for the fans.
On July 26, 2NE1 was scheduled to perform at the Waterbomb Busan 2025 music festival, but before the event, it was announced that Park Bom would be unable to participate due to a decline in her health.
Park Bom's last performance before her hiatus was on August 3rd, when she joined 2NE1 for a half-time show at the friendly match between Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United FC.
Since their debut in 2009, 2NE1, featuring members Dara, CL, Park Bom, and Minzy, was managed by YG Entertainment until 2016. At that time, Park Bom chose not to renew her contract with the agency. She later signed with D Nation in 2018 to focus on her solo career. Last year, the group officially reunited and began a world concert tour.
Get well soon, 2NE1's Park Bom!
