Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
The Reply 1988 reunion special has finally unveiled the premiere date.
On December 1, tvN and Channel Full Moon released the first clip of the upcoming 10th anniversary special of the hit K-drama Reply 1988. In the teaser, the cast members recreated their iconic K-drama poster. The actors' appearance was a perfect throwback to the drama, instantly creating nostalgia that was highlighted by the banner: 'We hear. We reply. Longing replies.'
For their 10th anniversary, the cast of Reply 1988, including Girls Day's Lee Hye Ri, Go Kyung Pyo, Park Bo Gum, Lee Dong Hwi, Sung Dong Il, Lee Il Hwa, Ryu Hye Young, Choi Sung Won, Kim Sung Kyun, Ra Mi Ran, Ahn Jae Hong, Kim Sun Young, and Lee Min Ji, gathered for a two-day, one-night special celebration. The event was organized by Egg is Coming by director Na Young Seok.
The brief teaser video showed the entire Ssangmundong neighborhood cast gathering for a group photo. The warm, bright atmosphere remained unchanged after ten years, raising anticipation for the reunion. The teaser highlighted the difficulty of gathering the famous cast, as Ra Mi Ran joked, "It's so hard to get everyone together," which brought laughter to the set.
The reunion special, which will have a total of 3 episodes, will begin airing on December 19 at 8:40 PM KST.

The K-drama Reply 1988 celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025, a decade after its November 2015 premiere.
Director Shin Won Ho and writer Lee Woo Jung worked together to create Reply 1988. Many people are also looking forward to the production crew joining the cast for their upcoming retreat.
Reply 1988 remains one of the most beloved and successful K-dramas ever, currently ranking as the sixth-highest rated series in Korean cable television history with an 18.8% viewership rating.
