Would You Marry Me?
Get ready for another romantic comedy K-drama this October, starring rom-com queen Jung So Min in her return to the K-drama scene. She will work alongside Choi Woo Shik in the highly anticipated K-drama, Would You Marry Me? The story revolves around a marketing team leader and the fourth-generation heir of Myungsoondang, South Korea's oldest bakery, who enter into a fake marriage. The two will work together to claim a special newlywed's prize, a top-class townhouse. This new SBS K-drama premieres on October 10 at 9:50 PM KST.
Typhoon Family
Lee Jun Ho takes over the tvN slot from his King the Land partner, Lim Yoon Ah, with the premiere of his new K-drama, Typhoon Family. Airing right after Lim Yoon Ah's successful Bon Appetit, Your Majesty, the idol actor is showing a completely new side in this series. The plot will revolve around the 1997 economic crisis, where Lee Jun Ho plays a young CEO dedicated to helping his father's small business, the Typhoon Trading Company. He's joined by a talented cast, including Kim Min Ha, Sung Dong Il, Kim Ji Young, Kim Min Seok, and Moo Jin Sung. The upcoming K-drama will premiere on October 11 at 9:10 PM KST.
The Dream Life of Mr. Kim
The upcoming webtoon-based K-drama, The Dream Life of Mr. Kim, marks Ryu Seung Ryong's comeback to comedy after his recent adventure K-drama. Airing on JTBC starting October 25 with 12 episodes in total, it will tell the story of a successful, 25-year veteran manager who suddenly loses everything, his career and his family. He embarks on a journey to find out who he truly is and what success means to him.
Spirit Fingers
Need a dose of youth romance? The webtoon-adapted K-drama Spirit Fingers arrives exclusively on TVING on October 29. Starring Park Ji Hu and Cho Jun Young, the story is about a lonely and awkward high school girl who finds a new family in Spirit Fingers, the strangest, coolest art club you'll ever meet. The cast also features Choi Bo Min, Park You Na, Cha Woo Min, and Kwon So Hyun.
Moon River
Just before the month ends, get ready for Moon River, a historical fantasy romance coming to MBC. The story will revolve around a soul swap involving a prince who has lost his ability to smile and a merchant dealing with amnesia.
