'Agent Kim Reactivated Season 2' officially in talks

Agent Kim Reactivated has officially entered discussions for Season 2.

After the hit SBS drama recently concluded, OSEN reported on July 26 that discussions are now underway for Agent Kim Reactivated Season 2.

On July 26, the production company announced, "Thanks to the tremendous love and support, we are currently holding positive discussions regarding the production of Season 2." The team added, "As Season 1 has only just concluded, the detailed schedule has not yet been finalized. We kindly ask for your understanding, and we'll share updates as quickly as possible once [everything] is confirmed."

Agent Kim Reactivated follows an "ordinary" father who becomes the "most dangerous" man in the world as he fights to save his one and only daughter. So Ji Sub plays the lead role.

The series wrapped up on July 25 after enjoying immense popularity both back home and abroad. It commenced with 9.5% and hit 21.6% at episode 4. Its highest nationwide viewership stands at 23.1% (episode 8). Moreover, Agent Kim Reactivated has also enjoyed considerable popularity on Netflix, ranking in the Top 10 for four consecutive weeks.
