Recently, rumors have circulated online that Bai Lu would reorganize and form a new management team after her contract with her former agency had expired. According to third-party data, Bai Lu has lost more than 1.44 million followers on a video-sharing platform over the past 30 days, with her follower count declining for several consecutive days.

According to data from a third-party platform, Bai Lu (Bai Mengyan) is associated with three companies. At present, only Qingdao Luyan Culture Media Studio remains in operation, while the other two companies have been deregistered.

Notably, Qingdao Luyan Culture Media Studio was established in August 2021 as a sole proprietorship of Bai Lu, with a registered capital contribution of 10,000 yuan. Its business scope includes radio and television program production and operations, film production services, and film distribution, among other activities.

The business registration details of Qingdao Luyan Culture Media Studio have recently attracted attention. The studio is not a newly established entity; however, it has returned to the spotlight amid online rumors that Bai Lu will not renew her contract with Huanyu Film and Television after its expiration.

Previously, two other businesses associated with Bai Lu — Xinyi Bailu Film and Television Culture Studio and Xinyi Fujiang Culture Media Center — were both deregistered. At present, Qingdao Luyan Culture Media Studio is the only one that remains active.

Producer Yu Zheng previously responded to the controversy surrounding Bai Lu's studio, stating that the "Bai Lu Information Station" was, in fact, her actual studio. However, because Bai Lu herself "did not want to follow the trend of renaming it," the term "studio" was not used, and he stressed that her wishes were respected.

Nevertheless, some fans questioned whether the manager of the information station "answered only to Yu Zheng", arguing that Huanyu had not granted Bai Lu genuine authority over the management of her own team.
