Disney+'s original series The Manipulated unveils character stills of Lee Kwang Soo as Baek Do Gyeong, Yo Han's VIP.

The Manipulated is an action drama that follows Tae Jung (Ji Chang Wook), an ordinary man who gets wrongfully imprisoned for a heinous crime, only to discover that everything was orchestrated by Yo Han (Doh Kyung Soo). He then sets out to take revenge on him.

Lee Kwang Soo brings a new character transformation through The Manipulated. Baek Do Gyeong is Yo Han's VIP, who wields power, wealth, and everything, and he holds the key to the incident involving Tae Jung. The stills capture his relaxed demeanor as the son of a member of an influential lawmaker — who seemingly has it all — as well as his unsettling, almost manic smile.

Lee Kwang Soo commented, "I wanted him to appear like someone who makes people feel uncomfortable when they even just look at him. I tried my best to make viewers perceive him as an unsettling character," revealing the effort he put into portraying this unconventional role.

Director Park Shin Woo commented, "Lee Kwang Soo portrayed Do Kyung in a way that makes it impossible to imagine anyone else playing him." Writer Oh Sang Ho added, "Lee Kwang Soo is a treasure of The Manipulated. He has the power to make even ordinary lines feel extraordinary."

The Manipulated will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on November 5 with four episodes, followed by two episodes each week, for a total of 12 episodes.
