Made in Korea gears up for release.

Made in Korea is set in the 1970s and follows Baek Ki Tae (Hyun Bin), a man driven by ambition for wealth and power, and prosecutor Jang Gun Young (Jung Woo Sung), who risks everything to stop him. The story depicts the lives of monstrous individuals who came to be from this harsh and chaotic era.

Hyun Bin takes on the role of Korean Central Intelligence Agency section chief Baek Gi Tae. Baek Gi Tae is a man who burns with endless ambition for wealth and power and treats the country as a business model. He stands at the center of government authority as the section chief of the Korean Central Intelligence Agency and simultaneously plots dangerous ventures as a businessman.

The poster features Hyun Bin's gaze overlaid on the outline of his shirt that looks like the Korean Peninsula. He wears an earpiece, suggesting he's wiretapping. The text reads, "I am a businessman."

The teaser begins with a black-and-white profile silhouette of Hyun Bin. As he narrates, "This is a fight where someone has to die. And that won't be me."

Sharp cuts combined with driving music amplify the immersion. Hyun Bin's cold stare into the camera, along with his composed gestures and expressions, succinctly capture Baek Gi Tae's mercilessness and determination, sparking curiosity about how he will navigate this power game.

This is followed by, "I will bring down those with greater power than me and, in the end, change the world. Because the world has always been a battlefield for the powerful. A battlefield where someone's death becomes my opportunity."

Made in Korea will be released on Disney+ in a total of six episodes: two on December 24, two on December 31, and one each on January 7 and January 14.
