Ryu Jun Yeol struggles to prove his identity in 'Mousetrap' preview

Netflix has unveiled a gripping new preview for its upcoming thriller Mousetrap!

Mousetrap is a mystery chase thriller that follows Moon Jae (Ryu Jun Yeol), whose name, face, and entire life are stolen by a mysterious man known as "The Rat".

The newly released clip opens with Je Moon Jae (Ryu Jun Yeol) arriving at a high school reunion while looking for his friend Son Soo Hyun. However, his appearance in pajamas immediately draws bewildered reactions from his former classmates, who have no idea who he is.

Confused by their response, Moon Jae asks, "Don't you remember me?" He then tries to establish his identity by bringing up memories and stories from their school days. His former classmates, however, remain skeptical. One claims to have met Moon Jae just a week earlier, while another remembers seeing him at the previous reunion — and insists that the man they met then looked completely different.

Moon Jae explains that he has not left his home for three years, but his desperate attempts to convince them that he is really Moon Jae only heighten their suspicion. Eventually, his classmates contact the police. With no documents or other evidence to prove who he is, Moon Jae is removed from the reunion and taken away in a police car.

The preview ends on an unsettling note as Moon Jae, being driven away, catches sight of a mysterious man in the crowd.
