Kim Sung Oh, Kim Sang Ho, Woo Mi Hwa, and Jung Eun Pyo help out Han Seok Kyu in Shin's Project.

Shin's Project follows Shin (Han Seok Kyu), a chicken restaurant owner who solves and mediates disputes in the neighbourhood.

Kim Sung Oh plays Corporal Choi Cheol, who is assigned to the neighborhood police station. Choi Cheol, who joined at the same time as the station chief, finds his life turned upside down after being demoted due to a certain incident.

Kim Sang Ho takes on the role of Chief Judge Kim Sang Heun, the one who planted rookie judge Jo Philip (Bae Hyeon Seong) into Shin's chicken restaurant. As a veteran judge, Kim Sang Geun encourages people who come to the court to seek settlements rather than file lawsuits and commissions work for Mr. Shin.

Woo Mi Hwa plays the role of Madam Joo, who runs a club called 'Secret'. Although Madam Joo operates on a strict reservation-only system, as it's a place where those with money and power gather, she makes an exception only for the neighborhood chicken restaurant owner, Mr. Shin.

Jung Eun Pyo comes as Kim Su Dong, an administrative officer at the community center and Mr. Shin's secret informant. Possessing intelligence-gathering skills that rival the National Intelligence Service, Kim Su Dong, equipped with incredible stamina and patience, is a master at finding people.

The production team of Shin's Project stated, "Thanks to the performances of Kim Sung Oh, Kim Sang Ho, Woo Mi Hwa, and Jung Eun Pyo, the stories and charms of the characters in the drama come to life even more." They added, "Along with Shin's helpers, numerous other actors will appear in every episode to add their energy, so please look forward to the drama."
