Phantom Lawyer unveils stills from script reading.

Phantom Lawyer follows Shin Yi Rang (Yoo Yeon Seok), a lawyer who can see ghosts, and elite attorney Han Na Hyeon (Esom) as they use the law to resolve the grievances of some very special clients.

The script reading brought together director Shin Jong Hun; writers Kim Ga Young and Kim Chul Gyu; and the main cast, including Yoo Yeon Seok, Esom, Kim Kyung Nam, Jeon Seok Ho, Kim Mi Kyung, Son Yeo Eun, Lee A Rin, Jung Seung Kil, and Heo Sung Tae, among others.

Yoo Yeon Seok plays Shin Yi Rang, a lawyer who resolves the deep resentment of the dead. The actor added to the anticipation, saying, "I'll do my best and fully immerse myself in the role."

Esom plays Han Na Hyeon — Taebaek Law Firm's ace attorney known for her 100% win rate.

Kim Kyung Nam plays Yang Do Gyeong, the representative of Taebaek Law Firm who stands in opposition to Shin Yi Rang. As someone who has led Taebaek in the absence of his father, the firm's real owner, he convincingly portrayed the character as an ambitious man striving to earn recognition and trust.

Jeon Seok Ho plays Shin Yi Rang's brother-in-law, Yun Bong Su. He works at Dugeun-Dugeun Butcher Shop and is also an aspiring actor with a résumé that lists the various part-time jobs he did in pursuit of realistic acting.

As he becomes the office manager of Shin Yi Rang Law Office, the practical knowledge he has built up unexpectedly shines at key moments.

Kim Mi Kyung plays Yi Rang's mother, Park Gyeong Hwa, the owner of Dugeun-Dugeun Butcher Shop. She is a woman who raised Yi Rang while cutting meat at the butcher shop, and though she may seem tough on the outside, deep down she holds warmth and affection.

Joining her are Son Yeo Eun as Yi Rang's older sister, Shin Sa Rang, and Lee Ah Rin as Sa Rang's daughter, Yun Da Bong.

Jung Seung Gil plays the mysterious priest Matthew, another key pillar of the Shin Yi Rang Law Office. He is set to offer Shin Yi Rang meaningful advice at crucial moments.

Heo Sung Tae makes a special appearance as the client Lee Gang Pung.

The production team shared, "Even though it was the first script reading, the actors showed impressive chemistry, perfectly immersed in their respective characters. We're preparing so that Phantom Lawyer — with its blend of comedy and warmth, the cool sharpness of a courtroom drama, and the back-and-forth banter with special clients — can deliver pleasant fun, catharsis, and a lingering warmth all at the same time. We ask for your interest and anticipation."

Phantom Lawyer will premiere on March 13. News about its global OTT is yet to come.
