'Yumi's Cells Season 3' confirms release date

TVING original series Yumi's Cells Season 3 has confirmed its release for April 13.

A report on March 4 stated that the hit rom-com series Yumi's Cells will return with Season 3 on April 13, premiering first on TVING before airing as a Monday–Tuesday drama on tvN.

Responding to the report, a tvN representative confirmed, "Yumi's Cells Season 3 will be pre-released on TVING on the afternoon of April 13 and then broadcast on tvN."

Based on the hit webtoon of the same name, Yumi's Cells follows Yumi (Kim Go Eun), an ordinary office worker, whose story is told through the perspective of the cells in her brain who control her every thought, emotion, and action. 

Season 3 picks up with Yumi, once an ordinary employee, now living her dream as a star author after years of hard work. She finds major success as a novelist who wins over readers, but when it comes to her own love life, things are still anything but easy. With the cell village in her head settling into a quiet lull, everything shifts when Sun Rok (Kim Jae Won) enters her world, bringing a new spark to Yumi's day-to-day life.
